Embark on an enchanting 6-night, 7-day Danube River cruise and land tour, beginning in Vienna, Austria. Explore the imperial grandeur of Vienna with its Ringstrasse and Konzerthaus, before sailing to the vibrant Hungarian capital of Budapest, showcasing its diverse architecture and the bustling Great Market Hall. Continue to Bratislava, Slovakia, marveling at its charming old town and impressive castle views after passing through the Gabčíkovo locks. Enjoy themed dinners and entertainment onboard your cruise ship, the Vivaldi, with meals and local drinks.
After four nights cruising, disembark in Vienna and journey north to Berlin, Germany, for a two-night stay at a 4-star hotel. Discover Berlin’s iconic landmarks, including the Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, and the East Side Gallery, with ample time for independent exploration. The tour concludes with a transfer to the airport from Berlin. This comprehensive tour includes all transfers, specified meals (8 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 7 dinners including themed and a gala dinner), and guided excursions with English and French-speaking guides. Optional extensions to Innsbruck from Vienna are also available.

Initerary Details
Day 01: Arrival at Vienna | Tuesday 11.08.26
Arrival at Vienna Airport. Pick up and transfer to cruise ship.
Check in on the ship Vivaldi, which is ready with a welcome drink before we enjoy dinner on
board. All meals and drinks are included on board. Overnight on cruise boat.
Day 02: Vienna | Wednesday 12.08.26
Vienna. Austria’s capital is beautifully surrounded by large forests and rolling vineyards down
to the Danube River in the Vienna Woods area. We spend the morning on a tour of the
impressive Ringstrasse with the famous buildings including the opera house, the enormous
art museum, the palace and the Votive Church. We return to the boat and have lunch before
setting off again, and this time we will go in and see the Konzerthaus, home to the Vienna
Symphony, the Vienna Chamber Orchestra and the Vienna Singakademie, among others.
This evening, dinner on board will be Austrian-inspired, and there will be dancing in the
lounge afterwards as we sail on to Budapest. Overnight on cruise boat
Day 03: Budapest | Thursday 13.08.26
Budapest. Hungary’s capital has a variety of architecture, including Baroque, Gothic, Soviet
and modern styles side by side. We will have a panoramic tour of the city and see the scenic
Buda and lively Pest. We enjoy lunch on board before visiting the Great Market Hall in the
afternoon – a magnificent piece of architecture from the late 19th century, which still
functions as a rich food market. It will also be possible to taste traditional Hungarian
products. Dinner tonight will be Hungarian-themed, and the ship will provide entertainment.
We sail towards Bratislava overnight. Overnight on cruise boat.
Day 04: Bratislava | Friday 14.08.26
Bratislava. The capital of Slovakia is a mix of colorful pastel facades and Baroque
architecture. The morning is spent passing the Gabcíkovo locks, which are some of the
largest on the Danube River. After lunch and arrival in Bratislava, we go on a panoramic tour
to the castle, where the view is magnificent over the city and the river. We also visit the
charming old town, the historical center filled with magnificent buildings, beautiful churches and lovely squares. Tonight there is a festive gala evening as we sail back towards Vienna.

Day 05: Vienna -Berlin | Saturday 15.08.26
Disembark today in Vienna. We enjoy the last breakfast buffet on board before it is time to
disembark and drive north to Berlin. (Vienna – Berlin 690 kms/ 7hrs). We stay at a lovely
hotel on the outskirts of Berlin, where we can relax and enjoy the evening. Overnight in
Berlin.
Day 06: Berlin | Sunday 16.08.26
Berlin. Germany’s capital, which is one of Europe’s largest cities. We take a tour of the city
and see some of the incredible number of famous buildings and places such as the TV Tower,
Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, the Cathedral, East Side Gallery and much more. We
spend the day in Berlin, where there will also be time on our own, before returning to the
hotel in good time for dinner. Overnight in Berlin
Day 07: Departure from Berlin | Monday 17.08.26
Early breakfast and transfer to airport.

There may be some of the excursions that are not suitable for people with walking difficulties. But it is always possible to stay on the ship and enjoy the facilities here.
