3 amazing natural phenomena: Þingvellir National Park, the waterfall Gullfoss and the world-famous geothermal area Geysir.

Overnight at Hotel Eyjafjallajökull with breakfast and dinner

1. Visit waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss.
2. Black Beach (Reynisfjara), home to many different seabirds and amazing geological lava structure.
3. Stop in Vik, for refreshments, and continue across the Myrdalssandur plain and stop in Eldhraun, where the famous Laki volcano erupted in 1783.
4. Visit Jokulsarlon and Diamond Beach, before the chef offers a special Icelandic soup with bread for dinner.

1. 08:00 hrs those joining the 3-hour glacier hike
2. 12.30pm we depart from the glacier lagoon Jokulsarlon and drive alkong the East Fjords.
3. Visit Höfn, the Vatnajökull National Park information centre, Djupavogur before travelling over Öxi – a stunningly beautiful drive with great nature experiences.
4. Cosy evening at Hafursa at Hallormstad. Experience true Icelandic hospitality as your hosts, Anna and Thorkell, welcome you.

Overnight at Hotel Svartiskogur. Breakfast and dinner.

1. Drive across the Mödrudalur highlands to Dettifoss, the largest and most powerful waterfall in Europe. Explore volcanic areas in the geothermal area of Námaskard.
2. Around Lake Mývatn we experience Grjótagjá and Dimmuborgir. Swimming in the natural pools at Mývatn Bad (extra charge).
3. Stop at Godafoss, the waterfall of the Gods, overnight in Akureyri.

Overnight at Hotel Sel Myvatn, with breakfast and dinner, large buffet including Icelandic specialities

1. Akureyri, Iceland’s second largest town, opportunity to go whale watching (optional extra). Others explore the town.
2. Visit Glaumbær, an old vicarage in traditional Icelandic style with walls made of peat.

Overnight at Hotel Laugarbakki with Breakfast and dinner

Attractions covered Grabrok Crater, Deildartunguhver, Hraunfossar, Barnafossar, Sturlureykir Horse Farm

1. Borgarfjördur to experience the world’s most powerful hot spring, Deildartunguhver.
2. Visit the waterfall Hraunfossar and the ‘children’s’ waterfall Barnafossar.
3. Host talk about Icelandic horses, life on the farm and how they utilise their own hot spring in the backyard. Coffee and hot spring-baked Hvera bread

Those who want to ride an Icelandic horse will have the opportunity to do so (extra charge). Explore the farm area.
